چکیده

There is a growing interest in investigating modified theories of gravity, primarily, with the aim explaining universe's accelerated expansion, which has been confirmed by several independent observations. Compact objects, like neutron stars, exhibit strong gravity effects and therefore are used to study theories. We use $f(R)=R+aR^2$ model, where R Ricci scalar $a$ free parameter. This model studied both perturbatively non-perturbatively. However, it was found that perturbative methods results nonphysical solutions for stars. In this paper, we examine star properties, such as mass, radius, tidal deformability non-perturbative $f(R)$ density dependant relativistic equation state different particle compositions. The strange particles core NS form ${\bf \Lambda}$ hyperons, $K^-$ condensate, quarks considered. have observed while mass-radius relation allows wide range parameter $a$, when considered, constrained down one order.

Relativistic tidal properties of neutron stars

We study the various linear responses of neutron stars to external relativistic tidal fields. We focus on three different tidal responses, associated to three different tidal coefficients: (i) a gravito-electrictype coefficient Gμl = [length] 2l+1 measuring the l-order mass multipolar moment GMa1...al induced in a star by an external l-order gravito-electric tidal field Ga1...al ; (ii) a gravit...

Relativistic mean field model for entrainment in general relativistic superfluid neutron stars

General relativistic superfluid neutron stars have a significantly more intricate dynamics than their ordinary fluid counterparts. Superfluidity allows different superfluid ~and superconducting! species of particles to have independent fluid flows, a consequence of which is that the fluid equations of motion contain as many fluid element velocities as superfluid species. Whenever the particles ...

Tidal stabilization of rigidly rotating, fully relativistic neutron stars

It is shown analytically that an external tidal gravitational field increases the secular stability of a fully general relativistic, rigidly rotating neutron star that is near marginal stability, protecting it against gravitational collapse. This stabilization is shown to result from the simple fact that the energy dM (Q,R) required to raise a tide on such a star, divided by the square of the t...

Neutron Stars in Relativistic Mean Field Theory with Isovector Scalar Meson

We study the equation of state (EOS) of β-stable dense matter and models of neutron stars in the relativistic mean field (RMF) theory with the isovector scalar mean field corresponding to the δ-meson [a0(980)]. A range of values of the δ-meson coupling compatible with the Bonn potentials is explored. Parameters of the model in the isovector sector are constrained to fit the nuclear symmetry ene...

Relativistic Mean-Field Model with Momentum-Dependent Self-Energies

The conventional relativistic mean-field model with minimal meson-nucleon couplings is extended by introducing derivative meson-nucleon couplings. Combining this approach with a density dependence of the coupling vertices leads to an improved description of nuclear matter and atomic nuclei, especially of effective masses and the optical potential. Introduction and Theoretical Model The relativi...
